I joined Kerdyk Real Estate in 2006. Since that time I have successfully closed Hundreds of Millions of dollars in transactions. As a Miami Native, I've  witnessed first hand Miami’s transformation over the last 30 years. That experience has enabled me to develop a keen ability to recognize opportunities for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. I am experienced in the sale of both Residential and Commercial properties, I've represented countless Tenants and landlords on the commercial leasing side, and have strong property management skills. In addition, I am a 50% owner of WM Land Acquisitions which is a real estate investment firm that actively seeks residential opportunities from fix and flips to long term multifamily investments.  I am also well-versed in property tax appeals and since 2011 have successfully reduced assessed property values for his customers in excess of $30,000,000.  I am also an investor with a private lending firm based in Coral Gables that provides financing to individuals seeking Real Estate oriented loans. Furthermore, I served as campaign Manager for the former Coral Gables Vice Mayor William Kerdyk.
